When used on the grill this roaster keeps the peppers the perfect distance from the flame and infuses them with a smoky flavor.
Can also be used to bake peppers in the oven.
Use the rack to easily prep your peppers. Cut off the tops, core and de-seed, then stuff. Fill with savory cheese, meats and seafood. Wrap with bacon and use a toothpick to hold the bacon in place.
