Norpro’s Deluxe Canning Rack is simply UPLIFTING!

Stainless steel canner rack elevates the jars slightly from the bottom of the pot allowing for good water circulation during processing. This rack will fit well in canning pots that are at least 12 inches in diameter and  8-9 inches deep. The rack extends about a half inch higher than a quart canning jar.
