Traditionally called the Chile De Arbol, the Arbol pepper is of Mexican descent. Having a Scoville value of 30,000, it is similar in heat value to Jalapeño and Cayenne peppers. The Arbol pepper provides this honey with a medium level of heat… enough to announce it’s presence, but not enough to cause tears.
